LeKrius®️Storage Bag
In the whole bioprocessing process, the storage and transportation of liquid are very important. LePure provides a complete transportation and storage solution to support the needs of liquid treatment in the production process and meet the needs of transportation and loading and unloading. LeKrius®️storage bag is made of multi-layer co-extrud-ed film as raw material, which ensures extremely low gas permeability, good physical strength, wide chemical compatibility and biocompatibility of sterile liquid storage bag, so that it is safe to use. It is used for the storage and transfer of various biopharmaceutical process liquids. LeKrius®️storage bags include two categories: 3D storage bags and 3D storage bag, covering volume specification from 5ml-2500L and provide supporting containers and transfer equipment.
LeKrius®️Mixing Bag
Lepure Biotech has over 10 years of experience in single-use solution. Our LeKrius Single use Bag series is made with LeKrius film, a multi-layer coextruded film independently developed by Lepure Biotech. These bags are compatible with various magnetic stirring systems, facilitating efficient mixing in liquid-liquid and solid-liquid processes.
With five standard bag types corresponding to three configuration versions, LeKrius Mixing Bags meet diverse application needs such as media preparation, buffer solution formulation, and vaccine adjuvant mixing. Covering the entire spectrum from research and development to commercial production, our products can be customized based on specific requirements. The minimum mixing volume is 500 mL, and the maximum mixing volume reaches 3000L, ensuring consistently stable scalability of mixing effects. Benefits of LeKrius Mixing Bags:

Single-use Bioreactor Bag
LePhinix single use bioreacter bags are made using LePure’s own LeKrius film with excellent biosafety,chemical compatibility and physical properties to provide a suitable growth environment for upstream cell cultures, while the disposable technology reduces the risk of contamination during production.
Description/Feature
- The amplification effect is excellent, and there are mature cases of 2000L amplification process.
- The single use bioreactor bag adopts the classic stirring design, which greatly simplifies the process amplification process, reduces the risk of process transfer, and facilitates process transfer between different bioreactors.
- The sealed design of the single use bioreactor bag prevents cross-contamination of the product and saves time during assembly, validation, in-situ cleaning and online sterilization operation.
- Disposable electrode solutions are available to reduce the risk of contamination during electrode installation.
Application
- The LePhinix single use bioreactor bag has been extensively studied, from cell culture testing to batch to batch stability of membrane materials. The experimental results showed that the LePhinix disposable bioreaction bag could fully meet the cell culture of HEK293, CHO, SF9 and other cells with excellent performance.
